Weekly update

Hello world!

The real estate market is booming and home values are going up, up, up! Are you curious about the value of your home? Contact me at 714.388.7523 and I can tell you for free. Helping people get the most value for their home is what makes me the happiest.

I sat an open house last weekend at a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom single story house in Yorba Linda. With new floors and numerous other upgrades this home is a real find. I met many wonderful people who came in for a look. It is always nice to see friendly faces on an open house day.

I met with several members of my team this morning and we discussed the current housing trends. Market loan rates remain at record lows. Now is a great time to buy, but with low inventory it is an even better time to sell. Properly priced homes are getting multiple offers from buyers and investors. The secret is to find a Realtor who knows how to properly price a home to generate interest.

Yesterday I attended a seminar on technology in real estate at Tarbell's corporate office and learned a great deal. I am looking forward to utilizing these newly acquired skills to better serve my clients.

As always, thanks for reading!

Up before the sun

Hello all,

I have decided that I will be waking up earlier in order to better serve you. It is currently 5:45 AM and even though the sun has yet to rise I have already answered my emails, and am currently writing this up. I plan to spend some time studying real estate contracts before heading into the office. It is good that I am getting a head start, because there is always lots to do in the life of a Realtor.

Today will consist of attending a sales meeting at my regional office in Yorba Linda, goings on an office caravan to preview new homes on the market, updating my social media outlets, ordering new marketing materials, going door to door and visiting people whose listings have expired, meeting with the finance members of my team to discuss the current market trends, and a few other things that I cannot think of right now... Phew!

No worries though, I feel great. Feeling the love and support of those around me and I am ready to keep working hard. My theme for today is "What can I do for you?"

As always, thanks for reading and I hope you have a great day,

A beautiful day

Hello all!

It's a sunny Monday in May and I hope you are feeling as good as I am. I attended an amazing real estate coaching seminar this morning conducted by the one and only Tina Jimov-Red. If you didn't already know, Tina is the President of Tarbell Realtors (a company servicing Southern California for almost 90 years!) which I am proud to work for. She is truly an inspirational speaker and I look forward to learning from her for many years to come.

I am also happy to announce that starting today I will be working with home owners who's listings have expired, aka people who's homes failed to sell the first time around :-(. But no worries though! As I always say: if at first you do not succeed, try again! There is always a buyer for every home and though the real estate industry can be a tough one it is always important to remember to stay positive.

That's it for today, but I will be back soon with more. I'll leave you all with a great quote I picked up this morning: "Work only half a day. It makes no difference which half, the first 12 hours or the last 12 hours." -Kemmons Wilson, the founder of Holiday Inn.

Thanks for reading and have a great day!
